• 1 package of Spaghetti by Armando (500 g)
• 1 Carbonara sauce by La Dispenda di Amerigo (200 g)
• 1 Guanciale by San Vincenzo (400 g)
• 1 Pecorino Romano by Cossu (200 g)
• 1 Organic Cotton Bag (free gift)

• Cut 200g of guanciale into strips and brown over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
• Cook 350g of spaghetti according to the cooking time indicated on the package.
• In the meantime, heat the carbonara sauce in a small saucepan over low heat: add two or three tablespoons of cooking water to soften it.
• Drain the pasta and season the spaghetti with sauce and guanciale.
• Finally, sprinkle with a generous amount of pecorino romano cheese and serve!
