Safe delivery

I Like Italian Food srl delivers directly to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order. Safe and guaranteed deliveries are provided within 48 hours from the receipt of the order. Transportation of the goods is always at the entire risk of the client.

The delivery has a fixed rate of €9,00 for orders below €74,99 throughout the European Union. With at least €75,00 spent, you get free standard shipping throughout the European Union.

*Thermal Shipping
Fresh products, such as cured meats and cheeses, are shipped with thermal packaging, a particular packaging system with materials designed to preserve the correct conservation and quality of the product without interrupting the cold chain during transport. The thermal shipment also applies to heat-perishable products such as chocolate and sugared almonds during the summer.

I Like Italian Food pays special attention to the packaging of the packed products depending on their casing. For example, in the case of glass bottles and jars, a cap with an inflated inner tube will be secured around the bottles, and the packaging will be safer. Each product is wrapped in cardboard and divided from the rest of the items with appropriate packaging. The articles are successively boxed and delivered by express courier.

Failure to deliver

In order to complete the delivery, the Customer's presence or representative is necessary. If the Customer or his/her representative is not present, the Customer will be charged for the delivery cost and any possible stock or products that cannot be sellable to third parties. I Like Italian Food srl is not liable for delays attributable to the courier or caused by third parties (es. strikes, bad weather, natural disasters). Once the pack is delivered, the Customer is invited to check:

  • the number of the packages indicated on the transport document, DDT, or invoice corresponds to what was delivered;
  • the package is intact and with no damages: claims must be made to the courier and must be written on the parcel with the wording "GOODS UNCHECKED," specifying the problem; otherwise, the package will be considered successfully delivered.

Returns and Complaints

I Like Italian Food srl administers in autonomy the returned goods.

Price and payment methods

The prices are indicated in euro (€) in all the website sections www.ilikeitalianfood.com and include VAT, boxes, and packaging. Additional shipping and transportation costs will be stated explicitly at the confirmation of order and before payment.
The applied prices are those indicated on the website at the moment of the order by the Customer. The prices of the single items can be subjected to variations, and therefore, the prices indicated on the website annul and replace the previous prices.
The price of the purchased products, together with the delivery charges, must be paid by the Customer at the moment of the online order using:

  • Credit Card (American Express, Bancontact, iDeal, Maestro, Maestro card, Visa)
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Pay Pal
